PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF CONTRACT AND SECURITY

For customers in Sweden and rest of EU, our prices include 25% VAT.

If you are outside EU, see "For you who are shopping in our webshop from another country outside of the EU." below and "PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS for CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU"

HOW DO I SEE THE PRICE WITHOUT VAT? (NO, US and other countries outside EU)
At checkout in our webshop, choose country of delivery. If country outside Eu is choosen, the price will be shown without VAT. (Once you have choosed a country the setting will last in your browser untill the webshop cookie expires or is manually deletes.)

Shipping options and fees
We ship all orders with Postnord. Our orders include a shipping cost of SEK 89 within Sweden and SEK 199 for orders placed outside Sweden. 

Payment options
We use secure payment solution provided by Shopify Payments. Pay directly on our site using Amex, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. Klarna payment options: Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, and Klarna Slice It. These payment options lets you immediately, by invoice, or through installments using direct debit or credit card. Using Klarna provides a safe and easy checkout experience.

For you who are shopping in our webshop from another country outside of the EU.
As a customer from a country outside of the EU your purchase in our webshop is tax-free! That means that you do not pay Swedish tax to us but will be requested to pay tax charges in your own country (when picking up the package). Please observe that even the customs fee is being added.

REFUND
Get your money back. You have 14 days return and exchange right on everything you order. It is up to you to decide if you want to exchange the product or get a refund. If you cancel your purchase on real grounds, you as a customer will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. The customer pays for shipping.

COMPLAINT
If you want have a complaint on a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Erica Huuva Design by email or phone within one week. Always save packaging, original carton and payment confirmation. If you are going to return a damaged item to Erica Huuva Design, you can easily do so in the packaging in which it was sent. The right of complaint covers only original errors, that is to say, errors found in the item at delivery. The right of complaint does not apply when Erica Huuva Design cannot find any error in the product or when you caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not compensated. Always notify Erica Huuva Design when returning a complaint/product. Always write your name, address as well as what the case is regarding, and attach this with the complaint.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each product is listed with price including VAT within the EU. In the shopping cart you can see the total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. 

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU

As a customer outside the EU, you always pay the VAT on the goods at customs in your own country. You shop VAT-free with us and see all prices without VAT. (That's why you buy your item without VAT from us)
But you always have to pay VAT on an item and you do it in the country you pick up your item in.

RETURNS & CHANGES

Returns are made at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns from you should be sent as a letter or package, not by postage.

If you exchange your product, you pay the return freight and we pay the shipping from us to you with the changed product.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. You are obliged to keep the product in the condition it was when you received it. You may not use it, but fo course, careful examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal. When you return the product, you must attach a message clearly stating the reason for your regret. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the product or a substantial part of it.

If the contract applies to a custom made product – or a product that has a clear personal touch, your right of withdrawal applies until the commencement of manufacture of the product, otherwise your right of withdrawal will lapse.

Reimbursement obligation: If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the product as soon as or no later than 30 days from the day we received the returned item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the product. We always pay the cost of returning so-called replacement products. PERSONAL DATA

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with. We are responsible to ensure that your personal data you have provided is not used outside your company. You can contact us at any time to learn what information we store.

In the event of a change, we pay the new shipping from us to you. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, if it is regarding a product, you must send or return it to us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME – CHRISTMAS

The delivery time of orders is currently 4-5 weeks. If what you want is something we’ve got ready in our workshop, we will of course send it immediately. If you order to a country outside the EU – expect that it may take a few extra days when the package is going through customs in your country.
