Elsa Laula Renberg was a fighter and a guide for the Sami people. She fought for Sami rights all her life. She started the first Sami association and organized the first nationwide meeting in Trondheim, Norway on February 6, 1917.
As a background to why we celebrate the Sami national day on February 6 today.

Each piece of jewellery from Erica Huuva is made by hand in Sápmi. The material is Sterling silver 925 and mostly recycled. Since each piece is made by hand, small variations of measurement may occur.
